Location
A nice house in Roskilde, which I'd like to rent out. The rent can be short or long duration and the house can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Maybe you / or someone in your workplace or in your business are lacking a place to live. It is a charming townhouse on two floors in Roskilde old town on St. George's Mountain near the port. The house is located up the hill in a pedestrian street in a very idyllic and quiet neighborhood with about 2 km to Roskilde city center and station. Land size is approx. 159 sq.m. and living area is approx. 74 sqm. The house consists of ground floor entrance hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as at 1st floor with sloping walls, a lounge and a small chamber. The house is surrounded by a nice little backyard with a terrace, from where there are wonderful views over the port and the Roskilde fjord.
