People always love to own properties in the state to stay and spend vacation here. The recent boom of the IT industry has created a necessity for both residential and commercial spaces. Thus the demand for kerala properties has increased considerably.
The nature lovers love to own an apartment or a villa near the scenic locations in Kerala. On the other hand, many of the youngsters and the IT professionals want their residence to be near their place of work. Since the demand is high, the cost of properties in these areas is always higher than in other places. Besides, many multinational companies and IT firms are currently launching their ventures in Kerala. They also buy properties for the business concerns. Mostly, they purchase properties in or around the heart of the city, where enough infrastructure facilities are available.
Apart from housing and construction, investing in land is also much profitable in Kerala. Agriculture and poultry farms are quite successful in the state. Hello Denmark
Hi everyone.
I am orientating myself to come to live and work in Denmark. I have found Worktrotter and i would like to receive some tips and tricks as to where to turn to regarding housing and finding a job.
I don't have high demands and i would like to start up from the bottom to increase my changes.
I would settle for any basic level regarding housing and work. I am a Jack of all trades with a positive attitude.
I am ready for a new challenge. I already know Denmark, been to Copenhagen a few times and i "fell in love" with the country and the people. I speak English, German and can understand Swedish and a little Danish.
If someone could inform me on how to look for a place to live and so on (kinda stuck on that) it would be highly appreciated.

This is Ekin. A drummer, electronic musician from Turkey/Istanbul.
I've been playing drums professionally for 12 years now. And i've spent 4 years in Boston studying at Berklee College of Music. I've a BA in music Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul and diploma from Berklee. I've been thinking of doing a masters in Roal Academy o Music in Aarhus. Is there any musicians portal available online? I'd really like to get in touch with local/international musicians to get a hold of what is going on the scene and on the campus.

Hej! I have the opportunity to give input to what Danish communities and institutions could do better to make expat-life in DK easier. It would be great if you could share your experiences with me. It can be simple things like "all mailboxes of Danish doctors should also be in English" or what do you think of the idea to offer every new expat-family a Danish mentor-family to help with integration?!
