Hello everybody! I need helps!
I am from Cambodia,my wife is from Vietnam but she's been in Denmark for 11 years and now she got the danish citizenship.I am 26 years olds and my wife's 27 years old. We got married in 2007 in Denmark but i was only able to apply for family reunification in august 2008 after graduating my Master degree in Russia.I could not wait until the proceeding completed becuase i want to see my 1 year old son whom i've never seen since he was born in may 2008. So i applied for the tourist visa in order to come to Denmark and waiting for the ruling for family reunification from the Danish Immigation Service. It took nearly a year to complete my case, and in july 2009 i got the letter from the Danish Immigration Service which rejected my resident permit and told me to go out of Denmark within 15 days. So i filed a complaint to the Ministry of Refugee, Immigration and Integration Affair and they allowed me to stay in Denmark until they have made the final decision within 5 months.
I want to ask you all what els dose the Dansih Immigration Service need in order to grant me the resident permit?
All the requirements i think we met: me and my wife both over 24 years old, my wife got a job as a cookassistant and a normal apartment to live together and the most important we have a 1 year old son.
The reason they rejected me because my link to Denmark is not greater to Cambodia or Vietnam. What dose it mean? it's so funny ,don't u think so?
Dose anyone have any good ideas to tell me what to do?
Thank so much for any help.
