Clinical Reporting is seeking a temporary Clinical Publisher for one year. Our department prepares clinical documents for submission to regulatory authorities worldwide. Furthermore, we are responsible for driving the implementation of the Novo Nordisk document management system, novoDOCS, within the clinical part of the organisation. We work in a highly regulated environment where strict adherence to timelines and internal and external guidelines is essential.
Clinical Reporting is situated in Søborg and currently employees 34 Medical Writers and 7 Clinical Publishers. The department has many different nationalities and we work together in a pleasant and informal atmosphere.

Challenges
The position of Clinical Publisher is an administrative job that requires a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, as well as the ability follow procedures, maintain a broad overview, and juggle diverse tasks. Applicants are expected to have a flair for learning new computer systems and be able to function as a super user / trainer of other users. The ability to meet deadlines and to work both independently and as part of a team are important components of the job.
The Clinical Publisher will be part of a small team within Clinical Reporting that is primarily responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical documentation required for a new drug application. In accordance with current regulatory guidelines, these documents must be submitted in high quality, easily navigable electronic format. Clinical Publishers communicate requirements to document providers, provide assistance as necessary, and compile electronic clinical documentation by following Novo Nordisk Standard Operating Procedures.

The team is also involved in ensuring the implementation of electronic processes related to correct use of the Novo Nordisk electronic document management system (novoDOCS) within the clinical area. More specifically, this involves regular contact with novoDOCS end-users at clinical projects to support their work in novoDOCS and word templates, as well as spotting, solving, and preventing errors in documentation. Clinical Publishers are also responsible for the electronic navigability of the documents using Adobe Acrobat and ISI toolbox to edit documents, e.g. bookmarking and hyperlinking.

Qualifications
You are outgoing and service-minded. You may have a technical, administrative, or customer service background/education. You are a fast learner, with a proven ability to learn new IT tools. You are a team player, willing to lend a helping hand. You are detail oriented and have a flair for spotting errors. You are comfortable working in English on a daily basis, both verbally and written. It is helpful if you have experience with working in Documentum based systems and/or Adobe Acrobat. You possess a good sense of humour, are structured and thorough, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You are flexible and open to new challenges.

In return we offer an interesting and challenging job with a high degree of individual responsibility as well as good personal development opportunities in an international atmosphere.
