Danish Christmas markets in Copenhagen and Denmark

Christmas markets are traditional in Europe and Danes embrace this tradition fully. Not only can you find good ideas for your Christmas gifts, but foremost you can have meet others and have "Jule hygge" (Christmas cosiness) with friends. Wandering over the Christmas market and looking at the booths and at the nice Christmas decorations, you will find maky places where you can have a stop and have gløgg (mulled wine), æbleskiver (Danish pancake balls) and hot chocolate.

But you should also look over the border. Take a weekend trip and visit the Christmas markets in Hamburg, Germany.
