I may be taking up a job with Maersk in a Senior position. Do you know what Maersk's policy is regarding commuting to work (base Copenhagen) for those in Senior positions? Is this practise common for those with global roles in Maersk/Denmark? I currently live in South Germany.

Any related info. will be most appreciated.

Don't know about the Maersk rules - best to ask the HR department about them. We may have some Maersk people who can give some hints.
I can only point you to dive into what the tax system allows for people commuting - and that is quite a bit.
As you come from Southern Germany you are probably able to read the German version of the Worktrotter's guide to DK which is already available.
