For some large companies like Maersk, they apparently have a very involved process that includes psychological profiles and all that.

My experience was with a small tech company. I had 3 interviews. To my surprise, none of them were particularly technical. They seemed to be satisfied with my years of experience as described on my CV. They asked me a few questions and had me describe some of the items in greater detail, but I think they were pretty quickly convinced I was a good fit.

So long as your CV gives a clear description of your abilities and experiences, I think by the time you get to the interview stage you're one of few people to make it that far. You'll probably find the interview a breeze. :)
