Flyvergrillen (Airport grill) is the place to go for plane enthusiasts and anybody who wants to experience the thrill of planes flying by as close as it gets in Denmark. The grill is literally located at the end of a runway at Copenhagen airport and from next to it you have the best view on planes starting and landing.
You'll meet plane nerds and many others who just want to enjoy this busy spectacle on a nice day.
Take a bike ride from Copenhagen and stop at the grill to indulge in plane spotting, grilled food, drinks, ice creams. A playground is nearby where kids can let their aerial phantasies run loose. You spot planes and spot your kids being safe and you both have fun.
Grill operning hours:
April 1 - Sept 14: 10.30-21.30 (Saturdays 10.30-20.30)
Sept 15 - March 31: 10.30-20.00
